New Leaf Markets
New Leaf Markets
The New Leaf Market on the west side of Santa Cruz is a testament to Slatter Construction’s ability to get the job done. Hired by both the landowner and grocery company to put up the building and build out the store, Slatter was able to reduce the overall construction calendar by more than three months. Slatter worked closely with store management to allow staff to stock shelves and train employees during the final stages of construction – a solution that allowed the store to open six weeks early.
Palo Alto Medical Foundation
Medical Construction is exacting work that Slatter Construction meets with quiet capability. The work brings inflexible deadlines; exacting budgets and complex building regulations that can change during construction. Slatter delivers new facilities and major renovations on time, within budget and without fuss. Our job is to make it easier for the Foundation to deliver high quality patient care. It’s an approach that has led PAMF to hire Slatter as lead contractor for eight facilities.
Aspromonte Hospitality
The new Fairfiled Inn in Capitola adds another major hotel project to the list for Slatter Construction. This 95,000 square foot, 84-room Marriott hotel opened on time in the summer of 2011. Slatter managed the project from the preconstruction and permitting stages through construction and installation of the final guest amenities.
Seaside Company: Haunted Castle
Since 1984 Slatter Construction has done hundreds of projects for the Seaside Company – jobs that range from the construction of Neptune’s Kingdom with it’s basement below sea level to re-engineering the Logger’s Revenge, and building the new Haunted Castle.
